Located in the old wagon store beside the main door of the Mill House, the Town Mill Cheesemonger specialises in the best of the cheeses from the West Country, but also stocks the tastiest cheeses from the rest of the UK and the continent, as well as Bread, Biscuits, Preserves, Clotted Cream, Butter, Drinks and Ice Cream.

The Town Mill Cheesemonger offers a splendid array of the best of West Country cheeses. There are some truly wonderful and creative cheese-makers working in this region and its no longer 'just Cheddar'.
He also stocks the tastiest cheeses from elsewhere in the UK - Wensleydale from the Dale itself, Cheshire, Colston Basset Stilton (of course) and its unpasteurised cousin, Stichelton, amongst many more.
The continental classics feature here too - real Parmesan, Brie de Meaux, Roquefort, Gorgonzola, Pecorino, cave aged Gruyere.....the list goes on. In fact, the Town Mill Cheesemonger carries about 100 varieties of cheese, together with biscuits and preserves to bring out their best flavours.
In addition to cheese, Clotted Cream, handmade Butter and Bread from our friends at the Town Mill Bakery are all on hand. Olives and our antipasti mean that a complete meal can be picked up for an outing to the beach.
There are drinks too. Cool bottled water, Luscombe's juices and delightful Fruit Cordials from Yarty Valley.
To finish, experience some of the shop's fabulous range of Dorset-made ice cream and sorbets from Barford Farms, served by the scoop, in a cone or a cup.
