|
The Town Mill Recipe Book was the first book published by the Town Mill Trust. Initially produced in 2002, it proved to be so popular that a reprint had to be ordered a year later. It was conceived by a group of mill volunteers as a means of showing the wide range of products that can be produced using the flour we make from organic wheat at the mill. Over the last few years many of the recipes, including breads, cakes, scones and biscuits, have been demonstrated to much acclaim from lots of visitors at various Open Days at the mill. |
