Alison Webber 28th July -4th August Malthouse Gallery

Passionate about monochrome photography, Alison has created this exhibition of work to illustrate
her eclectic range of photographic styles, from contemporary architecture to sweeping Dorset
landscapes. She uses textures, patterns, reflections and shadows to highlight the interaction
between shapes and light while at the same time trying to create well defined compositions and
maintain a harmonious contrast between light and dark.
A member of the Royal Photographic Society, Alison was awarded her Fellowship in September
2020.
She has taken part in a number of photographic exhibitions including exhibiting from her studio
during Dorset Art Weeks. She is actively involved in her local photographic community as a member
of the Bridport Camera Club and the founding member of a monochrome critique group.
