Operations and Finance Coordinator

Part time (21 hours), £12.72 per hour or £13890 per annum

The Town Mill Trust is looking for a new member of staff to work with the Site Coordinator and the Volunteer and Visitor Experience Coordinator. The Operations and Finance Coordinator will manage all aspects of The Trust’s finances and financial planning, commercial leases and Trustee governance. Working closely with Trustees, staff, volunteers and all members of the Town Mill Community, the ideal candidate will need to be flexible in their approach to the role, working at a strategic level one day and being willing to help out on the ground the next. Having experience of working with charities and volunteers would be useful as well as an interest in the activities and aims of The Town Mill Trust.
