TRANSFORMATION brings together the work of painter Lisa Parkyn and ceramicist Trish Phillips in a dialogue between material, process and form. Lisa’s paintings, inspired by a sensory response to nature, evolve through layered, expressive mark-making whilst building rich surfaces. Trish’s porcelain vessels emerge through a physical and intuitive reshaping of clay – tilted, altered and refined to capture balance, light and the quiet presence of space.

Together, their practices reflect transformation as both a physical and emotional process, where form and surface are continuously reworked and meaning emerges through change, disruption and discovery.
