Botanical Coaster Workshop with Gemma Davis

We’re delighted to welcome the very talented Gemma Davis to the Bakehouse Studio who is is going to curate and host a range of pop-up workshops at the mill, starting with this November with this fabulous Botanical Coaster Workshop.

Join Gemma at The Bakehouse Studio at the Town Mill on November 7th between 6pm - 8.30pm for a relaxing and creative evening of pottery.

You’ll make your own set of four botanical-printed coasters using smooth earthenware clay. Gemma will guide you through the whole process — from rolling and imprinting the clay with ferns, grasses, and other botanicals, to exploring beautiful surface textures and patterns.

Enjoy a glass of wine and nibbles while you create (tea, coffee & soft drinks also available).

After the workshop, Gemma will bisque fire and glaze your coasters in your chosen colour — ready for collection in about 3 weeks (or postage available for a small fee).

No experience needed — just bring your creativity and a love for handmade art.
