Summer Nights 2026

Established now as one of the summer highlights in Lyme Regis, we’re delighted to be celebrating Summer Nights this year on Wednesday, August 12th.

The beautiful Town Mill courtyard will be alive with DJ Ayvin’s laid-back DJ set, a particularly special one this year as Ayvin celebrates his 40 years residency as proprietor of Lyme icon, Fuego - and superstar DJ!

This year, the gastronomic delights will be provided by our fantastic Lyme neighbours, RED PANDA who will be offering a full menu of healthy, Asian-inspired, super-delicious food.

With a 4.9 rating on Trip Advisor, Red Panda is a Lyme icon and you can see the full menu that they’ll be offering on the night below.

The Town Mill will be open until late into the evening too offering free entry to the historic mill - it’s a great evening to add in a little bit of history!

Lyme Regis Brewery and Tap will of course also be open serving their award-winning craft beers through-out the day and throughout the evening.

• 4.30pm - 7.00pm : Town Mill OPEN

• 4.30pm - 21.30pm : DJ Ayvin

• 5.00 pm onwards - RED PANDA

PORK BELLY

Taiwanese style, aromatic and slow cooked - unctuous deep flavours

TERIYAKI TOFU

Sweet, salty, garlicky, gingery tofu

SATAY CHICKEN

Chicken in a light curry and lemongrass marinade, topped with classic peanut satay sauce

SPICY TOFU

Slightly spiced and salty tofu, in doubanjang, fermented bean paste
