I have always been interested in drawing and painting, and more recently printmaking has become a fascination. My work tends to be very bold and angular, sometimes featuring harsh silhouettes of unexpected subject matter, like scaffolding.
The drypoint prints are all made in the traditional way, etching into the copper plate by hand using a scribe, and then printing with on intaglio press. The screen prints are also hand pulled in the same studio using the traditional technique.
I absolutely love the time I spend printing in the studio as it gives me a creative output which can be hugely rewarding. I hope you enjoy my work!
