Join us at the mill this Easter

The mill will be open daily throughout the Easter holidays, our large water wheel will be turning, you can meet the Millers and watch flour milling demonstrations.

There will be activity sheets available for children to fill in during your visit and easter bunnies to spot along the way!

It is FREE to visit the mill, donations are always welcome if you would like to help support what we do.

There is something to do for all the family here at the mill and we will be adding some special Easter activities across a number of days for everyone to enjoy, check out what will be happening below:

EASTER TASTING TABLE - MONDAY 30TH MARCH

Our popular tasting table is back in the mill shop from 11:00am - 1:30pm with a selection of tasty easter bakes to sample, all made with Town Mill wholemeal flour and baked by our fantastic volunteers. This is a free experience and recipes will be available to take away.

MINI MILLERS - EASTER EDITION - 31ST MARCH, 1ST APRIL, 7TH APRIL & 8TH APRIL

Children can have a go at milling their own flour, using hand milling machines, then take their own bag of wholemeal flour away, along with an easter biscuit kit to bake at home.
Tickets are £12.50 per child and sessions run at 11:00am, 12:30pm & 2:00pm daily, we advise pre-booking to secure your place. Suitable for school age children.

SPECIAL EASTER EGG DELIVERIES - THURSDAY 2ND APRIL - 11:00am - 3:00pm

The easter bunny will be making easter egg deliveries for children in a very unique way here at the Mill, using our ancient sack hoist to transport the eggs through the mill! Running throughout the day and free of charge.

There will be plenty to do here at the Mill and on site throughout easter and the holidays with our many artisan shops and businesses open to explore, a variety of food & drink options, art gallery and beautiful millers garden to explore. We hope you can join us!
