Notice is hereby given that the Annual General meeting of the Company will be held at The Town Mill, Mill Lane, Lyme Regis, Dorset, DT7 3PU on Wednesday, July 16th at 2.00 pm at The Town Mill (Bakehouse Studio) DT7 3PU for the transaction of the following business.

As ordinary business to consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions as ordinary resolutions :
To receive and approve the Trustee’s Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31st October 2024.
To re-elect 3 members of the Council of Management who retire by rotation :
Robert McLaughlin (re-appointed on 19 July 2024)
Andrew Davies (re-appointed 1 June 2023)
Philip May (re-appointed 1 June 2023)
Simon Williams (re-appointed 19 July 2024)
Yvonne Green (re-appointed on 19 July 2024)
Joanne Fox (appointed 16 September 2024)
David Witham (appointed 16 September 2024)
To elect any members of the Council of Management who have been appointed since the last Annual General Meeting.
