THE TOWN MILL TRUST LYME REGIS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Town Mill Trust Lyme Regis (Company Number 2982747) is incorporated and registered in England & Wales.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General meeting of the Company will be held at The Town Mill, Mill Lane, Lyme Regis, Dorset, DT7 3PU on Tuesday, July 14th at 11.00 am at The Town Mill (Bakehouse Studio) DT7 3PU for the transaction of the following business.

Ordinary Business

As ordinary business to consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions as ordinary resolutions :

To receive and approve the Trustee’s Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31st October 2025.

To re-elect 3 members of the Council of Management who retire by rotation :

  • Robert McLaughlin (re-appointed on 25 July 2025)

  • Andrew Davies (re-appointed 25 July 2025)

  • Philip May (re-appointed 25 July 2025)

  • Simon Williams (re-appointed 19 July 2024)

  • Joanne Fox (formally appointed 25 July 2025)

  • David Witham (formally appointed 25 July 2025)

To elect any members of the Council of Management who have been appointed since the last Annual General Meeting.

  • None

To acknowledge members of the Council of Management who have resigned or retired in the period.

  • Yvonne Green had resigned 17 November 2024

To transact any other business appropriate to be dealt with at an AGM
