Established now as one of the summer highlights in Lyme Regis, we’re delighted to be celebrating Summer Nights this year on Wednesday, July 30th. The beautiful Town Mill courtyard will be alive with DJ Ayvin’s laid-back Ibiza DJ set and the gastronomic smells of Spain with Strawberry Tree restaurant cooking their huge paella “al aire libre” in the courtyard and the sangria flowing - it’s a site to behold!
The Town Mill will be open until late into the evening offer free entry and as a range of specially prepared samples to try at the mill’s Tasting Table - all preapred the mill’s fresh and wholesome range of flours.
Lyme Regis Brewery and Tap will of course also be open serving their award-winning craft beers through-out the evening. A big thank you to the brewery for supporting the 2025 event by sponsoring DJ Ayvin’s set.
