Summer Nights 2025

Established now as one of the summer highlights in Lyme Regis, we’re delighted to be celebrating Summer Nights this year on Wednesday, July 30th. The beautiful Town Mill courtyard will be alive with DJ Ayvin’s laid-back DJ set and the gastronomic delights of Spain with the Strawberry Tree restaurant cooking their huge paella “al aire libre” in the courtyard with the sangria flowing - it’s a site to behold!

The Town Mill will be open until late into the evening too offering free entry to the historic mill and we’ll have a range of specially prepared samples to try at the mill’s Tasting Table - all prepared with the mill’s fresh and wholesome range of flours which will available to buy on the evening.

Lyme Regis Brewery and Tap will of course also be open serving their award-winning craft beers through-out the day and into the evening. A big thank you to the brewery for supporting the 2025 event by sponsoring DJ Ayvin’s set.

The Night’s Itinerary

  • 5pm - 7.30pm : Town Mill OPEN

  • 5pm - 6.30pm : Town Mill Tasting Table

  • 6pm : DJ Ayvin

  • 6pm : Pitch-up Paella (Full & half portions) & Sangria

  • Lyme Regis brewery - open all day

ALL PRE-BOOKED PAELLA HAS SOLD OUT

BOOKINGS FOR PRE-ORDERED PAELLA WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL 10 PM MONDAY 28 JULY

IN THE EVENT THAT TOWN MILL HAS TO CANCEL SUMMER NIGHTS DUE TO WEATHER, PAELLA ORDERS WILL BE REFUNDED
