THE TOWN MILL GRAIN TO LOAF EXPERIENCE – FRIDAY 7TH JUNE 2024

Enjoy a unique journey from grain to loaf here at The Town Mill. Experience a private flour milling demonstration with one of our expert Millers, hear all about the grains we use and how we still mill here on site, using a water wheel and stone-ground method to produce healthy, nutritious, wholemeal flour.

Afterwards, your Miller will join you for a delicious light lunch at the Strawberry Tree Restaurant in a private space. Enjoy charcuterie, cheeses, salads and pickles, accompanied by bread, made with our own, delicious Town Mill flour (bread made by Black Dog Tea Room, Uplyme).

1030am Tea & Coffee on arrival
11am – 1215pm Private Mill Tour & flour milling demonstration
1215pm – 130pm Light lunch & drink @ The Strawberry Tree Restaurant – lunch includes breads made with Town Mill Flour.
